This is a reminder of the upcomng 2022 AGM scheduled for Tuesday 8 November, with refreshments available from 5.45pm. It is to be held in the Harvard Room, Centenary Building, on the Sandy Bay campus of the University of Tasmania. The most convenient access is via Grosvenor Crescent.

You are invited to nominate office-bearers of the Council, including: president, two vice-presidents, treasurer/public officer and secretary. A nomination form is attached.
The AGM will be asked to adopt an updated Constitution for AIIA (Tas), which Council considered earlier this year. The modernised Constitution is the work of outgoing secretary, John Hayton, who consulted widely in developing the draft. The document is attached.
The invited guest speaker this year is Dr David Agnew, executive secretary of the Commission for the Conservation of Antarctic Marine Living Resources (CCAMLR).
